Valentine´s day is almost here! Are you excited ? I am, for some strange reason I really like Valentine's day, could it be because of all the cocolates and roses? or maybe fancy dinners and wine? Most probably! Also everything is covered in my favorite color: Red!

When I created this outfit I got my inspiration from sweethearts conversation candy. I really love these, and I decided to look like a sweetheart, but with a twist. I used a pastel pink button up shirt, with a heart collar chain. I tucked the shirt into my high waisted skinny jeans (which gave me somewhat an 80's vibe for some reason), and last but not least I added some heartshapped glasses which gave the final touch to the outfit.

They look good with sleek, straight locks, tousled waves, natural texture, or with your do pulled back in a low bun or pony. Any part will do, but many of these blogger types went for the center. Short hair, long hair—doesn’t matter. It all looks good!

Back in 1999, before the start of the new decade (and century), Pantone chose Cerulean blue as its very first Color of the Year, the hue that best captured that current moment. And now, as we enter 2020, Pantone's newest Color of the Year is Classic Blue (19-4052), another shade that exemplifies timelessness and simplicity.

According to the official site, this variation of blue was chosen for the fact that it instills "calm, confidence, and connection" and that the blue hue "highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era."

What exactly does this mean for you as you enter the New Year? Pantone's Color of the Year sets the tone of upcoming designs in the home goods, tech gadgets, makeup space and practically every other category of shopping in between. So be prepared to see Classic Blue a lot over the course of the next few months.
