2018 New Fashion Trends

2018 came roaring with new trends that for sure will make you want to dive into the most recent fashions. 2018 varies from never ending fringes, different textures, to a range of  neutral and wild colors, and I am eager to show you the best trends that will surely invade the street style next spring.

Fly away Feathers
The Parisian allure of Saint Laurent delights us with its unforgettable parade in the light of the Eiffel Tower, for Spring Summer 2018 everything is volume, volume, volume and this has been demonstrated by the Parisian firm. Its creative director Anthony Vaccarello surprises us with a glamorous alternative to fur, feathers, which has even led to spectacular boots (which of course Rihanna already used)

Don't skip the Fringe
If fringe isn't your thing, perhaps you just haven't seen the Spring '18 iterations yet. Some designers introduced the look sparingly on accent pieces — bags and bustiers — while others went all out with technicolor and layers. Suffice to say, there's something for everyone with this showstopping finish.

All that Glitters...
After several seasons of lethargy returns the fabulous and fun side of fashion, the shine and metal accessories take over the Parisian Fashion Shows dazzling us with proposals such as Dries Van Noten, Chloé and Giambattista Valli.

Neon Demon
Get ready to be the center of attention in the purest eighties style with the neon trend that was repeated in different firms in the fashion weeks of London and Milan in companies with Versus and Gucci and now in Paris in different shows, including Balenciaga and Off White.

Print your style
Prints of anything you can imagine, from floral motifs and landscapes, to newspaper prints and banknotes. This trend remembered by companies like Moschino, returns from the nineties with proposals such as Sonia Rykiel and Balenciaga.

Life in plastic, is fantastic!
This trend is in all collections from last season and will clearly continue to take even more strength for the next. Raincoats, blouses and coats in Valentino and Gogo boots and hats in transparent vinyl are a must see in the amazing Chanel collection where Karl Lagerfeld used this material for almost all looks.

Soft Monochromes
As these two juxtapositions prove, the best way to wear your two-piece now is as an expression of your own personality. Don't shy away from colour or keeping it too streamlined. Add accessories or don't - this is all about what you want to wear and how you want to wear it.
